More than a million companies in more than 170 countries are certified according to ISO 9001 Quality Management, while more than 300.000 companies have obtained certification according to ISO 14001 Environmental Management.
When we cross borders and cultures is certified according to the same standards we ensure that when we trade/collaborate with companies that are certified, everyone has the same approach to quality assurance, the environment and the working environment.
Studies show that companies using the standards compared to companies not using the standards have up to 25 % more growth in value, 15 % increased productivity and up to 50 % increased exports.
A prerequisite for us to continue to provide the same good service
The new standards provide the opportunity for us as a company to have a more proactive and risk-based approach. Through strategy and risk assessments we have the opportunity to plan and predict potential deviations and thus avoid them before becoming an issue. Previously, there has been more focus on registrations and action on emerging deviations.
Risk assessments along with increased focus on reporting and processing uncertain conditions must create a better security mindset and add value to us as a company, our employees and, not least, for our customers. The systems thus increase the possibilities and prerequisites for errors and deviations in the preamble.
Great demands on the management
With the new standards, both systems simultaneously change structure to High Level Structure (HLS). This means that there will be increased focus on the importance of the management for processes and activities to succeed. The management hereby achieves a more active role in, among other things, processing incidents and optimizing processes.
