We are happy to introduce or new digital platform Lighthouse to our clients.
Lighthouse integrates the various operations and tasks into a web interface that makes it possible to follow stevedore and vessel operations live on the go.
After each project a project report in PDF format is issued with a complete overview of your operation using Power BI.
Lighthouse gives an intuitive and clear overview of each project with the possibility to go back in in time and see all your projects, either as indvivual projects or summed up.
Data is also collected of loading times of the various components, combined with vessel or crane type.
Cargo damages are also recorded in the system via photo documentation and incidents reports are sent directly to the relevant parties upon completion of the project.
In short - no more phone calls for updates to the agent or the stevedore supervisor, when using the agency, terminal and stevedore services at Jutlandia, as everything is integrated into Lighthouse, with full operational transparency.
